Intermediate Architectural Designer Full-time Job

Job requirements

- Bachelor's degree or above in Architecture design. - Minimum of three years experience in the residential construction industry. - Fully conversant in ArchiCAD, familiar with AutoCAD and Photoshop. - Excellent communication skills. - Knowledge of NZBC, NZ Building Act, Resource Management Act, local planning and development controls. - Fluent in English and Mandarin.

Job responsibilities

- Start and manage projects from concept design to development design. - Work with sales team and clients, complete relevant documentations. - Monitor consent process and address queries from Council. - Analyze and summarize consent conditions for the construction team. - Maintain strong attention to detail and adhere to timeframes.

Qualifications

- Hold a bachelor's degree or above in Architecture design. - At least three years of experience in the residential construction industry. - Fluent in English and Mandarin.
