Job responsibilities
- Deal with Investor queries over the phone and email product information if required
- Provide support for all KiwiSaver and Unit Trust applications and process all client transaction requests
- Provide exceptional client service within a close knit team
- Assist the Compliance team with AML monitoring and provision of all required documentation
- Assist the Operations Team with any operational tasks regarding trade or settlement issues
Qualifications
- Experience within a client services support team ideally in financial services
- Ideally tertiary qualified with some knowledge of AML
Skills
- Excellent administration skills with a strong attention to detail
