Key Tasks and Responsibilities

The preferred candidate should have:

• 3+ years of experience
• Proficiency in Office 365, Azure, SharePoint, Active Directory, and Exchange
• Experience with Microsoft operating systems including maintenance, building, upgrading, and patching
• Skills in desktop administration, deployment, and provisioning
• Technical troubleshooting and fault-finding abilities
• Knowledge of configuring switches and routers
