About the Position

Are you looking for a permanent, full-time position in IT support? We have an exciting opportunity in Auckland’s North Shore where you will be delivering technical support to staff across different sites and business units. Reporting to the IT Manager for New Zealand, you will play a crucial role in providing support in a Windows environment. This office-based position offers a Monday to Friday schedule between 8am - 5pm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first contact support via ticketing system, phone, email, and in person
  • Adhere to IT policies and procedures
  • Troubleshoot and resolve staff IT issues
  • Set up hardware resources such as mobile phones, tablets, and computers
  • Complete IT jobs delegated by the IT Manager

About You

We are looking for someone with previous IT service support experience who is systems savvy and user-oriented. If you have intermediate skills in Active Directory, Windows servers, Office 365, and more, you might be the perfect fit for this role. An ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a Helpdesk or IT support role and eligibility to work in New Zealand.
