We are a small Managed Services Provider (MSP) based in East Auckland, currently seeking an IT Support Technician / Junior Systems Administrator to join our dynamic team.
Role Overview
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of technologies such as Microsoft 365, Azure, RMM Tools, Servers & Virtualization, VoiP systems, Hardware, Networking equipment, and Mobile devices. You will be assisting our customers in Auckland, providing them with top-notch IT support and troubleshooting services.
Key Requirements
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Fast learner and adept trouble-shooter
- Ability to manage oneself and work proactively on customer sites
- IT related qualification
- Experience with the mentioned technologies is a plus
- Must have own car and valid driver's license
- Must be based in Auckland, New Zealand with a valid work visa
