- Seeking an exceptional, experienced, values-driven leader for the Kaiārahi role at VOYCE Whakarongo Mai in Tāmaki Makaurau - Provide operational leadership and practice supervision to a team of kaiwhakamana to advocate for care-experienced tamariki and rangatahi - Must align with the values of Aroha, Manakitanga, Tika, and Pono - Qualification in youth work, social services, education, or health sector required - Full, clean NZ Driver's Licence and ability to obtain Children's Worker clearance needed

Job requirements:

- A qualification in youth work, social services, education, or health sector - Strong oral and written communication skills - Previous experience in leading, managing, and supervising a team - Knowledge of tikanga Māori and experience working with children and/or young people - Flexibility to travel across the region and availability for overnight stays

Job responsibilities:

- Provide operational leadership and practice supervision to a team of kaiwhakamana - Build and maintain trusted relationships with care-experienced community - Advocate for tamariki and rangatahi in care - Collaborate with stakeholders to drive positive changes in the care system

Qualifications:

- A qualification in youth work, social services, education, or health sector - Previous experience in practice supervision

Skills:

- Strong oral and written communication skills - Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships - Knowledge of tikanga Māori - Flexibility and availability to travel across the region
