## Job Opportunity as a Lifeguard at Glen Innes Pools and Leisure Centre

Are you a confident swimmer with a passion for ensuring the safety of others? If so, we have a great part-time opportunity for you at Glen Innes Pools and Leisure Centre! Join our team and enjoy a minimum of 10 hours per week in a fun and rewarding environment at The Y.

### Responsibilities: - Monitor the recreation facility to ensure swimmers follow safety rules - Perform rescues or assist swimmers in trouble - Maintain organized and good condition of pool equipment - Keep the pool area clean and safe - Conduct pool water tests and basic first aid

### Requirements: - Confident swimmer - Required Qualifications can be supported: - PLSA (Pool Lifeguard Skills Award) - PLPC (Pool Lifeguard Practising Certificate) - First Aid certification
