About the Role

As a Lighting Hub Consultant in Auckland, you will play a crucial role in maximizing the potential of our Lighting Hub and providing lighting consultations to customers. Your responsibilities will include showcasing product benefits, growing sales, creating lighting plans and specifications, and guiding customers through the realm of lighting possibilities. You will collaborate with the regional sales team, host events, and assist in maximizing lighting sales through specification.

Key Responsibilities

- Host customers by appointment, demonstrating the transformative power of lighting in residential spaces. - Collaborate with the regional sales team to curate a customer list and manage consultations. - Host events for electrical contractors and specifiers to educate them about our innovative lighting products. - Develop lighting plans and designs, working closely with contract designers. - Assist the regional sales team in maximizing lighting sales through specification. - Build and maintain databases of regional lighting specifiers, including electricians, wholesalers, architects, and electrical engineers.

Requirements

- A background in lighting is essential, but comprehensive training in our products will be provided. - We are looking for a self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills and a creative flair. - Comfortable with learning and educating others about new lighting technologies.
