Responsibilities

As a legal secretary in this role, you will work closely with the firm's directors and solicitors, as well as collaborate with another experienced legal secretary. Your responsibilities will include maintaining client relationships, completing dictation for legal documents, managing documents, assisting with court filings, handling billing tasks, and providing general administrative support.

Requirements

The ideal candidate for this position is an intermediate to senior legal secretary with previous experience in litigation. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential, along with strong typing skills for dictation and reporting purposes. The candidate should be a team player, willing to share knowledge and work collaboratively in a supportive environment.

Benefits
