About the Role

As a Senior Legal Executive with us, your responsibilities will include handling various forms of conveyancing, managing estates, overseeing subdivisions, and assisting with wills and trusts. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a high volume of files at different stages. We are looking for someone with:

• At least 6 years of experience in legal administration or a similar role
• Expertise in conveyancing, residential, and commercial property workflows
• Strong attention to detail and excellent file management skills
• Passion for delivering exceptional client service and ensuring smooth processes
• Proficiency in IT tools such as Landonline, Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and electronic billing
• A tertiary qualification at the Diploma level in Legal (highly advantageous)
