Job Description and Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager with a background in Inventory Management within a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environment. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, responsible for forecasting, purchasing, shipping, and overall inventory functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage 3PL partnership and ensure KPIs are met
• Oversee stock forecasting, adjustments, rotations, and expiry dates
• Handle international and local freight and shipping
• Supervise customer services and a store person

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate should have 5-7 years of senior-level experience in forecasting, planning, purchasing, freight, shipping, and inventory control. Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry would be advantageous. Strong interpersonal, communication, people management, and organizational skills are essential, along with advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency and the ability to adapt to ERP systems.
