Role and Responsibilities

As a Service Expeditor, your main responsibility will be to ensure that all daily movements by our suppliers are accurately updated in our systems. Moreover, you will be the key point of contact for any on-the-day customer or supplier inquiries to guarantee exceptional service for our clients. Your duties will include:

• Maintaining customer orders in our 4PL transport management system (TMS) to keep all orders up to date.
• Prepopulating system with essential information for future movements.
• Monitoring Port and supplier tracking systems to inform the team about any service delays or issues.
• Handling on-the-day customer service inquiries efficiently.

Required Background

While container logistics experience is preferred, it is not essential. The ideal candidate should possess:

• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Comfort with using and adapting to digital systems.
• Organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
