Requirements for the Role

• Exceptional personal presentation and communication skills
• Background in consultative retail, particularly in the premium/luxury segment
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to tell product stories effectively
• Proven track record of providing outstanding customer service in a consultative sales environment
• Comfortable handling high-price point products with confidence
• A genuine passion for luxury goods
