Management Accountant Full-time Job

Key points:

Job requirements:

- CA or CPA qualified professional - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a management accountant position - Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, and/or primary industry environment - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and data analysis - Knowledge of accounting standards (NZ IFRS, IAS, FRS)

Job responsibilities:

- Develop trusted business relationships with Executive & Senior Leadership Teams - Lead, plan, and support operational divisions to deliver management accounts - Budgeting & forecasting, development of business & financial plans - Performance & reporting against critical KPIs - Ensure compliance with audit, tax, and statutory requirements - Responsible for the integrity of accounting & business information

Qualifications:

- CA or CPA qualification - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in management accounting

Skills:

- Proven ability to present, communicate, and coach leaders and managers - High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and process orientation - Ability to work independently and in a team - Operates with confidentiality, integrity, and ethics
