About the Role

As the Manager, Facilitated Support, you will oversee assessment, planning, service coordination, allocation, and review functions within an activity-based model. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing systems to ensure quality outcomes, effective budget management, and seamless service delivery. You will lead a diverse team of professionals, fostering a supportive and continuous learning environment while collaborating across the organization to optimize resource management.

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate will be a highly effective people leader with a deep understanding of contracts, funding models, and service standards in the disability sector. Experience in process design and continuous improvement, along with knowledge of Te Tiriti o Waitangi, is essential. Candidates with a background in health and disability services will have an advantage, and qualifications in general or health management are desirable.
