The organization aims to help individuals draw closer to God by engaging with His Word, fostering spiritual growth and faith.

Role Description

The Ministry Coordinator role in Auckland, New Zealand, is pivotal in driving Bible engagement initiatives across the country. The ideal candidate should have a deep passion for ministry, a strong commitment to Bible engagement, and the ability to lead a team effectively while identifying new opportunities for ministry growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate new ministry opportunities through networking and relationship-building.
• Proactively enhance existing ministry relationships through visits and networking efforts.
• Utilize digital channels to expand and strengthen ministry relationships.
• Manage local operations and ensure the efficient functioning of the office.
• Provide spiritual leadership to the team and promote Bible engagement.

Skills and Experience

The successful candidate should possess:

• A strong belief in the transformative power of the gospel and active involvement in church life.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a knack for building relationships.
• At least 3 years of experience in leading or coordinating small teams.
• Proficiency in digital tools and platforms.
• Organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

Highly Regarded Job Requirements

While not mandatory, the following attributes and experiences would be advantageous:

• Fluency in Chinese.
• Experience working with diverse ethnic and cultural groups.
• Prior involvement in the Not for Profit sector, particularly in Christian faith-based organizations.
• Existing networks or affiliations within the community.
• Background in Sales or Digital Marketing.
