Job requirements:

- Experience in Transaction Diligence or mergers and acquisitions - Bachelor or master degree in accounting, business, finance, or economics - Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants or international equivalent - At least 5 years' experience in a relevant role - Passion for client service excellence and attention to detail

Job responsibilities:

- Manage and participate in SPA advisory engagement execution - Analyze financial results of targets and provide recommendations - Support negotiations with clients throughout transactions - Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver integrated solutions

Qualifications:

- Relevant experience in Transaction Diligence or M&A environment - Bachelor or master degree in accounting, business, finance, or economics - Membership in Institute of Chartered Accountants or equivalent - Minimum 5 years of experience in professional services or financial analysis roles
