Your Role

As a Medical Receptionist at ProCare, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative, financial, and day-to-day operations of the practices. Your focus will be on ensuring quality patient care, supporting patients, and achieving positive health outcomes. You will act as the first point of contact for patients, coordinate practice services, and manage workflows efficiently.

Your Skills

The ideal candidate for this role would have previous experience in a busy administrative setting, preferably within a healthcare environment. Proficiency in general practice PMS systems like Medtech32, Medtech evolution, or My Practice is advantageous. Strong customer service skills, the ability to work collaboratively, prioritize tasks, and solid IT understanding are essential for success in this role.
