Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a candidate who can effectively engage men one-on-one to address issues related to family violence, care and protection, parenting, and addiction. You will collaborate with other services to support these men and their families towards positive outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of men's issues within family relationships and the ability to create a supportive learning environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience working with men with complex needs
• Knowledge of domestic violence, parenting, drug and alcohol issues
• Experience in working with Maori and Pacific Island men
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-awareness and a flexible, proactive attitude
• Intermediate computer skills
