**Role Description:**

As the leader of seven remote engagement advisors, you will play a crucial role in supporting community organizations to access funding and services offered by Foundation North. Your responsibilities will include coaching, challenging, and supporting the team while ensuring alignment of activities towards impactful outcomes. Regular travel and face-to-face interaction with team members and the community are essential components of this role.

**Ideal Candidate:**

The ideal candidate will have a background in partnerships and community engagement, with experience working with grassroots organizations, not-for-profits, and government agencies. Strong leadership skills, an understanding of funding and philanthropy, and the ability to thrive under pressure are essential. The candidate should be adept at building genuine partnerships, establishing credibility, and navigating challenging conversations effectively. Prioritization, planning, delivery skills, and experience in change management projects are highly valued.
