Job Description:
This position involves leading a team of regional sales executives in managing investor relationships across New Zealand. The role requires expertise in capital raising from wholesale investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals with a focus on effective market coverage and lead management. The successful candidate will drive capital fund growth and cultivate lasting investor relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing team to meet objectives.
- Capital Raising: Develop strategies and set performance targets for raising investments.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with investors and partners.
- Fund Growth and Development: Drive existing fund growth and explore new opportunities.

Required Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of successful capital raising and client relationship management experience.
- Minimum 3 years in a leadership role.
