Job Description:

This position involves leading a team of regional sales executives in managing investor relationships across New Zealand. The role requires expertise in capital raising from wholesale investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals with a focus on effective market coverage and lead management. The successful candidate will drive capital fund growth and cultivate lasting investor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing team to meet objectives.
• Capital Raising: Develop strategies and set performance targets for raising investments.
• Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with investors and partners.
• Fund Growth and Development: Drive existing fund growth and explore new opportunities.
• Compliance and Regulatory Oversight: Ensure all activities adhere to industry standards and regulations.

Required Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of successful capital raising and client relationship management experience.
• Minimum 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
