They are currently seeking an Account Manager to manage and enhance relationships with a portfolio of SME clients.
Responsibilities
- Nurture and manage a portfolio of SME clients
- Conduct regular client reviews to ensure satisfaction and value addition
- Identify revenue growth opportunities and present proposals for up-sell
- Collaborate with sales and projects teams to drive new business
- Develop client development plans and sales strategies
- Handle internal sales tasks including quoting and inquiries
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ year of IT account management or sales experience
- Solid IT technical understanding, preferably at Level 1-2
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized and able to manage a busy workload
- Team player with a strong work ethic and accountability
