Role Responsibilities

The role involves travel and the preferred location is Christchurch, with potential for Auckland-based candidates.

Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate for this role will have a successful track record in sales team leadership, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Experience in the foodservice, technical equipment, or FMCG industry is a plus. Key skills include consultative selling, budget management, relationship building, and brand development. The National Sales Manager should be a mentor and coach to their team, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
