About the Role
Are you a Registered Nurse with a passion for community health and a deep understanding of primary care? The Cause Collective is seeking an Outreach Nurse to join their innovative Practice Network Team. In this role, you will work alongside a Health Care Assistant to deliver outreach services that align with national health targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Nursing workforce in enhancing Primary Health Care knowledge and skills - Assist in reducing health inequities within the community - Manage clinical contracts and provide necessary reporting - Offer educational opportunities tailored to the network's needs - Promote and develop Nurse Led Clinics - Evaluate and improve professional development activities - Support community-based health initiatives
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for Registered Nurses with a current NZ Annual Practicing Certificate and a minimum of five years of clinical experience in primary care.

Location and Benefits
Location: Manukau, Auckland Salary: $83,000 - $94,000 per year
