- **Clinical Research Coordination:** - Develop relationships with the Clinical Nurse Manager for seamless operations. - Provide clinical leadership in inpatient and outpatient areas. - Manage study setup activities and stay updated on active clinical studies.

- **Inpatient/Outpatient Unit Leadership:** - Demonstrate exemplary care and leadership. - Manage rostering and schedules for effective communication. - Address concerns promptly and appropriately.

- **Health & Safety:** - Uphold Health & Safety policies. - Participate in OSH and hazard management. - Provide ongoing training and induction for new staff.

--- ## Requirements: - **Education & Certification:** - Bachelor's degree in Nursing. - Registered with the New Zealand Nursing Council. - Current Nursing Council of New Zealand Practising Certificate.

- **Experience:** - Minimum of 3 years in clinical research nursing. - Previous staff management experience at a Team Leader or Supervisor level.

- **Skills & Abilities:** - Exceptional communication skills. - Strong leadership and team motivation skills. - Flexibility, adaptability, and excellent time management. - Advanced computer skills for effective troubleshooting.
