Responsibilities of the Role

As a patient services coordinator, your main duties will include answering incoming calls from patients, ensuring timely responses, and accurately scheduling appointments. Additionally, you will be expected to perform general office tasks and provide support in various administrative functions. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent listening skills, be able to address inquiries promptly, and adjust your approach to effectively engage with callers while maintaining empathy, discretion, and confidentiality.

Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who are quick learners and can adapt to new challenges. While prior experience in a medical administrative setting and familiarity with patient management systems would be advantageous, we value attitude and a willingness to acquire new skills above all. Successful candidates should have a good understanding of medical terminology, be proficient in using computers, and have the ability to think on their feet to meet our patients' needs effectively.
