Requirements

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, a minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Coordinator, strong HR admin and coordination skills, knowledge of HRIS (preferably Workday), and familiarity with New Zealand employment legislation. Excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team are essential.
