Job Opportunity: People Projects Partner
Location: East Tamaki, Auckland
Hours: Permanent, Part-time (20 to 32 hours per week)
We are seeking a People Projects Partner to join a values-driven company committed to personal development and career growth. This role, reporting to the People Projects Lead, involves supporting HR projects with a focus on HR system data management and analysis of HR metrics for process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Updating and maintaining data in the HRIS
- Assisting with HRIS queries
- Conducting HR analytics and reporting
- Identifying process efficiencies
- Revising and updating HR policies and procedures
- Supporting tender preparation
- Assisting with projects like employee engagement and onboarding
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for data analytics, systems, and a solid understanding of NZ employment legislation. Previous experience as an HR Advisor is desirable.
