This full-time position offers a fantastic opportunity to work closely with our Retail Manager, assisting with promotions, customer service, and more.

Position Details

• Location: Grey Lynn, Auckland
• Working Hours: Monday to Thursday (9am to 6pm) and Saturdays (9am to 4.30pm)
• Required Skills: Retail pharmacy experience, excellent communication skills (both spoken and written), team player
• Training: Some training provided
• Legal Requirement: NZ residency or work permit

Responsibilities

As a Pharmacy Retail Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our Retail Manager in various tasks such as promotions, customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of the pharmacy retail store. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the Retail Manager with promotions and special events
• Providing excellent customer service to all pharmacy visitors
• Handling sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Assisting with inventory management and restocking shelves
• Ensuring the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing to customers

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail pharmacy
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work well in a team environment
