About the Role:
The Health and Wellbeing team at Pathways focuses on helping individuals with mental health challenges improve their overall wellbeing through personalized support and group activities. As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to assist individuals in setting goals, managing their wellbeing, and participating in various events and programs.
Requirements:
- NZ full driver's license
- First aid certificate
- New Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing (or equivalent)
- Experience as a support worker
- Passion for working with Te Ao Maori
- Knowledge of Auckland Health and Social Services sectors
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Tech-savvy
