About the Role:

The Health and Wellbeing team at Pathways focuses on helping individuals with mental health challenges improve their overall wellbeing through personalized support and group activities. As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to assist individuals in setting goals, managing their wellbeing, and participating in various events and programs.

Requirements:

  • NZ full driver's license
  • First aid certificate
  • New Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing (or equivalent)
  • Experience as a support worker
  • Passion for working with Te Ao Maori
  • Knowledge of Auckland Health and Social Services sectors
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Tech-savvy
