Position: Contract PMO Planner

Overview

Are you a highly skilled PMO Planner looking for a new challenge? We have a fantastic opportunity for a 12-month contract in the heart of CBD. Join a professional services client and be part of a large-scale program of work. This urgent role requires immediate availability to start.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage detailed end-to-end program plans
• Collaborate with project leads to consolidate project plans into a unified program plan
• Track progress, identify dependencies, and report on milestones, critical paths, and risks
• Communicate updates and insights clearly to project leads and senior stakeholders

Qualifications

• Experience in program planning, especially in a PMO Planner or similar role
• Proficiency in planning tools like MS Project, Planview, or equivalent
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a track record of engaging with senior stakeholders
• Attention to detail with precise documentation and reporting abilities
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and experience in large-scale IT transformation programs
