### What You'll Bring The ideal candidate will possess: - 4-5 years of experience in Service Desk or Desktop Support roles - Level 2 - 2.5 technical skills in Exchange Online, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Autopilot, MDM, and laptop builds - Proficiency in Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft O365 support - Basic network support knowledge - Experience in Intune and SharePoint support is advantageous - Strong communication and customer service skills - Ability to work well under pressure and contribute to team efforts
