Job Description

As a Bar Manager at Ponsonby Social Club, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bar. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the industry. While a current managers/LCQ license is advantageous, it is not a requirement as we are willing to help the right candidate obtain one.

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent customer service, and a passion for mixology. This is a full-time position with very competitive pay based on experience level. Working hours may vary but typically fall between 4pm to 4am, offering flexibility to accommodate different schedules.

Benefits

The position offers a competitive hourly rate ranging from $27 to $35 per hour, depending on experience. Ponsonby Social Club is an accredited employer, providing sponsorship opportunities for the right candidate. However, applicants must have a valid working visa or residency in New Zealand to be considered for the role.
