Responsibilities

• Manage the team on shift
• Ensure efficient FOH set-up and close-down
• Follow daily operating procedures
• Maintain a safe working environment
• Lead shifts to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Elevate the cocktail menu

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of cocktails, wine, and spirits
• GM Certificate is a must
• Experience in supervising and motivating teams
• Ability to deliver consistent quality in a high-volume setting
• Flexible availability for shifts
