Practice Manager at Totally Psyched

Are you a highly diplomatic and organized individual with exceptional management skills? Join our team at Totally Psyched, a private practice dedicated to improving the mental healthcare of children, adolescents, and their families. We are seeking a motivated Practice Manager to lead our close-knit team of mental health professionals.

About Totally Psyched:

• Private practice specializing in mental healthcare for children and adolescents
• Located in Takapuna, Auckland's North Shore
• Comprised of experienced Child & Adolescent mental health specialists

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the practice
• Oversee admin team and recruitment processes
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Handle debtor/creditor management and invoicing
• Improve information tracking and client management systems
• Maintain relationships with staff and clients
• Lead service development and implementation

Requirements:

• Prior management experience
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Knowledge of HR, payroll, and business financials
• Experience in clinical management and triage (preferred)
