Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide advice and make decisions on complex enforcement and resolution operational issues
  • Offer high-quality written analysis and recommendations for senior decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Provide expert advice on proposed policies, procedures, and frameworks related to enforcement and resolution

Requirements:

  • Law degree with 15+ years PQE (desirable)
  • Extensive legal experience in enforcement or resolution
  • Ability to operate independently in areas of complexity and urgency
  • Strong influencing skills and ability to represent the Reserve Bank with external stakeholders
