Role Overview: Principal Service Development Manager

As the Principal Service Development Manager Mentally Well, Kia Ora Ake, and Primary Mental Health, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing new models of service delivery to improve health outcomes for Māori communities. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the development and delivery of service and investment strategies
• Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
• Implementing and monitoring the performance of health programs
• Supporting the design of support functions for service delivery

Skills and Experience Required

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience:

• A relevant tertiary or professional qualification
• Over 10 years of experience in commissioning and leading service design
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships at a senior level
• Experience in health service funding and procurement management
• Strong communication skills for engaging with diverse audiences
