Job Overview

Comgroup NZ Ltd is currently looking for dedicated Production Operators to join our team at our facility in Pukekohe, New Zealand. We pride ourselves on supplying only the highest quality food products, and we need individuals who have experience in food manufacturing to ensure our standards are met. This position requires working either the Day Shift (5:30am - 2:00pm) or the Afternoon Shift (2:00pm - 10:30pm) with flexibility being a key requirement.

Job Responsibilities

To be successful in this role, you must have at least 12 months of experience working with Industrial Food Processing Machines in various configurations. Your responsibilities will include setting up, monitoring, running, cleaning, and maintaining machines, as well as troubleshooting and adjusting settings as needed. Attention to detail is crucial in this fast-paced environment, and you must be physically fit to handle heavy lifting (up to 25KG) and be on your feet for the duration of your shift.

Requirements

- Good written and oral communication skills - Technical expertise or mechanical aptitude is essential - Ability to understand safe operating procedures and work to quality standards - Reliable transport to and from work
