About the Role

As the Production Planner, you will collaborate with the Operations Manager to create short-term production plans and workshop schedules. Your responsibilities include crafting job packs for machine builds and ensuring materials are readily available for production. Additionally, you will oversee the development of a direct report focused on inventory control and materials planning.

Requirements for Success

• Experience in production planning and MRP in a manufacturing setting
• Lean experience and knowledge
• Proficiency in MRP/ERP systems
• Familiarity with various manufacturing processes, especially in low-volume manufacturing
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across all organizational levels
• Comfortable interacting with the executive team
• Eligibility to work in New Zealand
