Position Overview

Join a dynamic, global company in New Zealand's Manufacturing sector as a Team Leader or Shift Supervisor overseeing a small Production/Warehousing team. This role offers a balanced work/life schedule on weekdays from 7.30 am to 4.00 pm, contributing to a thriving and cohesive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a small team while driving operational efficiencies
  • Execute pick/pack operations and manage stock movement
  • Utilize SAP for order processing and inventory control
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain supplier relationships
  • Enforce Health & Safety protocols and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience in warehousing, inventory management, and CNC/machine operation
  • Proficiency in computerized inventory systems, preferably SAP
  • Strong communication skills and ability to inspire team members
  • Holder of an FL License with a focus on Health and Safety protocols
  • Physically capable of lifting loads up to 30 kilograms
  • Proactive, customer-centric, and dedicated to career growth

About the Role
