Job requirements:
- Exceptional relationship building and communication skills - Able to work autonomously and contribute to team goals - Strong administrative and organization skills - Experience in NFP, community work, counseling, teaching, social work, event, or project management - Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Understanding of program evaluation, survey distribution, data analysis, and report writing - Full driver's license and access to own car - Flexibility to work occasional weekends and evenings - Alignment of values and purpose with Big Buddy's
Job responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of Big Buddy Group programme - Monitor and support progress of One 2 One programme relationships - Coordinate community events and support evenings - Manage support channels, volunteer recognition, and reward initiatives - Coordinate program evaluations and survey distribution - Analyze data, collate reports, and summarize findings - Collate stories for social media and communication channels - Provide administrative support for various teams - Support the design and delivery of program resources - Maintain accurate records and data in CRM database
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in a similar role
Skills:
- Strong communication and relationship building - Administrative and organization skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Program evaluation, survey distribution, data analysis, and report writing
