Project Administrator

Location: CBD, Auckland

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per annum

Start Date: ASAP

Randstad is partnering with a leading design and build interior construction company in Auckland dedicated to enhancing spaces through innovation and excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist project managers and coordinators with administrative tasks
  • Coordinate project meetings and take minutes
  • Support in risk analysis and report preparation
  • Handle invoice management and project financials
  • Collaborate with quality and safety team
  • Ensure compliance with regulations
  • Order necessary resources
  • Organize project data and documentation

Requirements and Skills:

  • Previous experience as a Project Administrator or similar role
  • Experience in construction/design industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in flowcharts, technical documentation, and schedule management
  • Familiarity with project management software like Trello or Microsoft Project
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
