Project Administrator
Location: CBD, Auckland
Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per annum
Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities:
- Assist project managers and coordinators with administrative tasks
- Coordinate project meetings and take minutes
- Support in risk analysis and report preparation
- Handle invoice management and project financials
- Collaborate with quality and safety team
- Ensure compliance with regulations
- Order necessary resources
- Organize project data and documentation
Requirements and Skills:
- Previous experience as a Project Administrator or similar role
- Experience in construction/design industry is a plus
- Proficiency in flowcharts, technical documentation, and schedule management
- Familiarity with project management software like Trello or Microsoft Project
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
