Job requirements

• Previous project management experience of complex construction projects
• Experience in managing projects sized at $4m - $20m
• Industry experience in hospitality, entertainment, or retail
• Strong communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders
• Knowledge of construction processes and legal framework
• Proficiency in project management software (MS Office, MS Project, Visio)

Job responsibilities

• Develop high-end fit-out, full construction, and refurbishment projects
• Maintain financial controls and contract administration
• Manage projects from concept stage to commercialization
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
• Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail

Qualifications

• Previous project management experience in complex construction projects
• Experience managing projects ranging from $4m to $20m
