Job requirements

- 4+ years of QS experience in a main contractor or interiors company - Strong understanding of estimating, tendering, and contract administration - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Sharp negotiation and pricing skills - Ability to support commercial objectives of projects - Proficiency in systems/IT skills

Qualifications

- Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or related field

- Team player - Site visit experience

Benefits

- Salary range: $110K - $125K depending on experience
