About the Role

In this Commercial Management role, you will report directly to the Managing Director and play a crucial role within the leadership team. Your responsibilities will include leading a team of up to 8 Quantity Surveyors, focusing on maximizing profitability and margins for the business. You will collaborate closely with senior leaders to oversee tendering, procurement, and delivery/contract administration.

Skills & Experience Required

• Experience in a similar role within the local market
• 10+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager
• Exposure to Commercial/Commercial Interiors projects in the range of $20 million +
• Driven and motivated to propel business growth
• Proven leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
