Requirements for the Project Manager Role

As a project manager in this dynamic environment, you will need a background in construction consultancy with at least 3-5 years of experience. Proficiency in contract management within the NZ legal framework is essential, along with expertise in end-to-end project management encompassing design, procurement, and contract phases.

You should possess excellent stakeholder management skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a results-driven approach. A relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, or Engineering is required for this role.
