Requirements for the Role

• Minimum 5 years of experience on civil construction sites
• Expertise in the three waters area
• Clean New Zealand Full Licence
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and the ability to lead a team
• Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical and drug test
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Committed to a 55-hour work week

Key Responsibilities of the Site Supervisor

• Adhere to company systems and procedures
• Ensure safety and environmental compliance
• Conduct daily Pre-Start Task Analysis
• Lead and manage the site team, including subcontractors
• Communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and Project Managers
• Ensure materials meet specifications and order requirements
• Review and implement Work Method Statements
