Requirements for the Role
- Minimum 5 years of experience on civil construction sites
- Expertise in the three waters area
- Clean New Zealand Full Licence
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and the ability to lead a team
- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical and drug test
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Committed to a 55-hour work week
Key Responsibilities of the Site Supervisor
- Adhere to company systems and procedures
- Ensure safety and environmental compliance
- Conduct daily Pre-Start Task Analysis
- Lead and manage the site team, including subcontractors
- Communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and Project Managers
- Ensure materials meet specifications and order requirements
- Review and implement Work Method Statements
