Fixed-term (ending August 2024)

Part-time role (0.5 FTE)

20 hours per week

Are you an experienced and passionate Project Manager with a background in healthcare? Here's your chance to play a pivotal role in planning a divisional change for our Mental Health Services for Older Adults Team.

We are actively seeking a talented Project Manager for a part-time, 6 months fixed-term role to work with our key stakeholders.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and manage the project to transition Mental Health Services for Older Adults from the division of Specialty Medicine and Older Adults to the division of Specialist Mental Health and Addictions Services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinicians, administrators, and IT professionals.
  • Develop and execute a project plan, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the healthcare sector.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare processes, regulations, and standards, particularly those in Mental Health and Addictions.
  • Exceptional organisational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex healthcare environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
