Job requirements

Job responsibilities

- Manage either one large project or multiple smaller jobs - Ensure smooth delivery while working closely with clients, consultants, and site teams - Projects include commercial, residential, and institutional builds - Focus on quality finishes and efficient delivery - Value long-term client relationships and consistently deliver on complex projects

Qualifications

- Trade background or construction-related degree preferred

- Strong track record of delivering construction projects in New Zealand - Experience in managing teams, budgets, and project timelines
