Project Manager Full-time Job

- **5+ years' New Zealand experience in a similar role** - **Relevant tertiary degree/diploma or other similar qualification** - **PMI Project Management Professional Certification, or similar, is desirable**

- Feasibility work - Design coordination and planning - Ensuring all resource and building consents are obtained - Project planning and programming - Procurement including Tender management - Budgeting and cost management - Health and safety management - Risk management - Managing a project team through design and construction delivery - Business development

Qualifications:

Skills:

- Great communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Experience with Microsoft Project software would be an advantage - Good computer skills, proficient with MS office applications
